In Russia, the city of Tula has a long history of making weapons due to its proximity to heavy ore deposits and transportation routes. Peter the Great even visited the city to initiate its manufacturing of weapons. The city has continued to be a producer of weapons through all of the modern-day wars and soviet times too. During my trip to Tula on Sunday (March 14), we took some time while we were inside of the Tula Kremlin Wall and visited the “Tula State Museum of Weapon.” It is very interesting, but I also know many people that this would make their entire trip to Russia if they could see the two floors of this museum.
